Dr Wanya Coetzee

I would just like to share my disgusting experience with the staff at Wanya Dental. I reached out to reschedule an appointment due to not having a babysitter for my child and one of the staff members felt the need to tell me not to reschedule again as if I'm supposed to just leave my 2 month old unattended at home. If I can take the time to reach out, inform you that I won't be able to make it and would like I new date if there are any then I don't see the problem. I understand it's an inconvenience but there is no need to be rude or inconsiderate to others. I feel sorry for Dr Coetzee if this is the staff she has.

My experience with the surgery was atrocious. The receptionist has no way of speaking to clients and is full pf attitude. I called in early this morning to find out rates and to confirm their operating hours. She told me they close at 1pm and that they would accept my medical aid.My father and I travelled a good 15km to get there and as we entered she then decided to change her story and told us they would be closing at 12 instead of 1 and basically told us to disappear. She is unprofessional and has no way of dealing with clients.I give the surgery a rating of 0/5 because we were misinformed and grossly inconvenienced. I will be taking my complaint through to HelloPeter as well.

I was there today at 11:30 to get my tooth extracted. The receptionist was so friendly and the setting of your waiting room is very lovely unlike the other dentists I've been too it had a home feeling to it and everything was there to calm my anxiety that I had.I was dental phobic for years till I experienced today's service at Dr Coetzee's dentistry. I'm not sure what my dentist name is but her room was right at the back... I just want to tell her and her assistant thank you for helping me today and being so patient with me. I got my tooth removed with no pain at all and I really appreciate the service I received at the dentist today as a first comer will definitely be a regular patient

The dentist and assistance was great, I understand that everything is not perfect. However when I made contact to inquire about medical aid charges and alternative solutions to my issue after extraction it felt as if I was being a bother to the receptionist. I rarely use my medical aid and it was my first time visiting a dental office so it's normal for me to ask questions. I am in customer service myself and understand peoples needs, don't develop an attitude when the customer just wants more information and that was not the first time, before I visited the office she also had a bad attitude via phone. Technicians might be great but if you lack customer care, please don't be another South African with poor customer service, everything is great just work on that.4 stars, clean and tidy, comfortable environment, great technician and assistant. Receptionist needs work.

Dr Coetzee and the team are the BEST! Always good service and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this dentist to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work !!!! My rating will be 5/5.....♥♥♥

Good dayI visited the dentist 2 weeks ago and was given antibiotics to finish and come back and have my tooth extracted, so I went back yesterday 7/09/2020 and I was terrified to have it extracted, but all I can say Best service and treatment ever, I didn't even feel anything when the tooth was taken out. I can't remember the young ladies name but her room is right at the back.I'm definitely going back there and taking my kids there from now on.Keep up the good work and thanks for making my extraction as painless as can be.Regards

Since I've made contact with Dr Coetzee up until today, I am overwhelmed with her profesdionalism and miticulous manner in which she goes about her bussines and having my dentures ready in the quickest time possible.The adherence to the COVID-19 regulations when you visit puts me at ease with the knowledge that the surgery are doing all that is required to protect me as the client and her staff.Well done Team Wanya Coetzee! I will surely recommend your practice to prospect clients and I look forward to my next visit.

I would highly recommend Dr Wanya to anyone who needs dental care. Especially those who are scared of extractions. Lol. She is very competent and caring and detail-orientated with her consultations. I am so happy that I was referred to her.

Took my daughter to the dentist two weeks ago for an extraction. She had a few bad experiences with other dentists before. but with Dr Wanya, she received the best treatment ever. Service was tops, she was at ease and the extraction went well.Funny enough, she's actually looking forward to her next extraction:-).In my books, Dr Wanya Coetzee is held in high esteem.
