Pather & Pather Attorneys

We have over the past number of months had the misfortune of dealing with Pather & Pather, and in particular, one of their partners of the same name, for a property purchase we entered into over 2 years ago. P & P were the appointed Conveyancers for the sale. During the process of the purchase they were fired by the developer of Fairview Estates for their sever lack in ability to timeously complete a task, however were then re-hired at some point, who knows why, one can only imagine. The firm continuously got pertinent information incorrect on correspondence, they took almost 1 year to register a very key part of the deal that should have taken a matter of weeks. The partners was very arrogant in his communication, refusing to even take phone calls, and seemed to misunderstand the concept of conveyancing entirely. My advice would be to choose one of the plethora of other companies available and save yourself the headache and frustration.
