When there is a lot of customers at the Pharmacy for Prescriptions, then there is only 1 or 2 staff to help. Then you wait so long to be helped. Even if you want to give in pre scription at the pick up desk, to be picked up later, you don't get helped the one lady just said I don't do this you have to and wait for one of the pharmacists to help you then there is a lot of customers waiting to be helped. Then I must go back to work after I waited 45min to be helped.

Store is neat, tidy, spacious and well arranged. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a clinic at the store for both kids and adults. Best Dis-Chem store in Polokwane.

Spent 40 minutes in the queue this morning. Not an issue. Well organised. Fantastic service from the guard managing the queue.Inside the service was exceptional. From the lady at the returns counter to the dispensary and the cashier at the till. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Well done

The dispensary is pathetic & slow.Worst still is they think this is ok.I hate visiting this branch.If this is Dischem's service, I prefer to go else where.I am tired of waiting in needless queues

Not even worth one star, dischem Savanah had a huge slip back.... the service is terrible at dispensary.... Not nearly what they were a year ago. Even the lady that is suppose to deliver the medicine is arrogant and threaten to take all the medicine and leave because I told her that they send a old prescriptions medication.

When you call them you have to listen to the automated answering system endlessly. Then when you are transferred to the pharmacy, they dont even know if you can get a Tetanus injection or buy it . The same at the Dischem platinum park. The guy who answered wanted to put me through to the clinic. And then he cut me off. Airtime wasted....

Dischem is my favorite in general. The Dischem shop at Savannah mall seems to always be well-stocked up. Their service is great.Some, and most, of us can't live without this shop. Lack of health knowledge may lead anyone to disagree with me.This is the place where you can get all your lactose-free, starch-free and gluten free goods.
