Whatever you do, don’t book this place. Bed bugs, smelly dirty rooms, poor ventilation, dirty linen, noise every horrible thing that you can think of you will find there, you sneeze from arrival to departure one night was too long. There are cob webs and a mould infestation. It also looks like an abandoned construction site with unfinished buildings. The owner obviously had good intentions for the place but it is so run down and poorly managed. Will never ever return and would never recommend it

One of (if not) the best BnB in Kokstad. Large bed, Spacious rooms, sizeable TV, DSTV, bar fridge, Eliptical cycle available for those active, like myself. You will know its breakfast time when they open the kitchen to let the aroma out. Oh an adjustable electric blanket for those chilly to cold nights, (Kokstad is built on a mountain so it usually is cold)

Very nice. Rates per night is very reasonable. The breakfast is amazingly big and filling. Rooms are very tidy but the room I had was very cramped. The other rooms looked spacious. I recommend checking out the room before. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. If the b&b is full or too expensive, they will show you to the other b&b that will suit you. I'm very happy with this place and highly recommend it.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They go put of their way to make sure your stay is the best. A few maintenance issues need to be sorted and the place would great!

It was alright nothing to sing home about. Decent establishment but they could do better on room finishes and the batheooms are super cramped but otherwise, it's a decent establishment.

Not a great B&B sometimes no hot water, taps thats loose, heater not working.Had to sleep in one place and had to drive approximately 2km every morning for breakfast.No butter with breakfast, no toaster, no kettle.Not worth the buck...
