I took my car in for general maintenance with a list of items to be performed, only 1 item was done from the list, they replaced the control arms without informing me, even though the control arms was replaced 70000km's ago (These should last 300000km's). The 1 tire is bad on the inside and they did not see it even though they had to handle it, only at the end did they notice it. Communications from them was totally pathetic. They did not even notify me until I fetched the car of the items not worked on, most of that I only saw on the job card.

Poor service and dishonest pricing model.. double check what you're being charged...in some instances, the dealership would've been 3 x cheaper.. fact.. I enquired...will never use the again

Biggest mistake I've ever made taking my car to car care clinic Valley view. The job that was supposed to take 3 days has now taken a month and it has been a month of lies. They have managed to break more things than they have fixed,trying to silicon parts together. We received a courtesy car for one day and we had to send it back because it was unroadworthy, clearly a reflection of their standards.Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Exact experience as you Robert Gerry. Took the bakkie in for major service and engine check line diagnostic, they did their diagnostic and informed me that my Injectors needed changing and and... I then received a quotation of R44K initially which I rejected as their prices were madly escalated at approx. R6500 for a single injector valve, called Ford Parts to hear if they to charge that much for most parts needed, Ford tells me Injectors are sold at R4100 by them. A +R2000 mark up on a price. The same was done on glow plugs. Quite got dropped to a lesser price but the return trips ended up costing me more at a promise and assurances that I'd be sorted.Anywho, long story short, my car has been to their workshop 4 times between July and September, problem still persist where the engine check light just comes on, this is after all the R48k worth repair work done on the car.What makes matters worse, the car went in with just a check engine light as my main concern, now I have traction control as an issue also, which when both come on, the car loses power.Unacceptable, i wouldnt recommend Car Care Clinic Valley-view to anyone.

Worst service I have gotten in my entire life. My mom took in her car and they’ve told us that so much is broken on her car then my uncle got there and he couldn’t show my uncle any problems on the car! And quoted me almost R9000 for something that wasn’t even wrong with the vehicle where 3 other mechanics afterwards told me they were busy scamming us and they are definitely lying. If you want a good reliable car service please do take it else where. They will only end up breaking a car that was working just fine. Its simply just not worth it guys don’t fall for their scams and don’t let them trick you into thinking you have a very broken car when your car actually only needs a to be service done.Don’t recommend them at all

Very disappointing. Had an oil leak in my car and they assured me they could fix it and they knew what the problem was. But after going back there 3 times after paying R3.5K the oil leak is still there.

First off the customer care was extremely nice they were never rude that I called every day for an update, my car feels healthy and clean again. The only big problem I have is that they test drived my car afterwards for 45km which in my car cost me R300 of fuel and that had to last me for the reat of the month as I don't drive even half of that distance a day and I am on a stiff budget at the moment, that is the only thing I am quite upset about.

Shocking shocking shocking! No time management. No supervision or.leadership. Looks like everyone does as they please. Shop too small. Forecourt covered in oil. Two car lifts but workshop has 6 cars squeezed in there and manual car jacks. A paluka setup.Imagine trying to work if you cannot even stretch. Shall not be back. This place has gone backwards. And I see RMI logo no longer displayed but ombudsman details on the reception entrance door. Weird.
