Mochachos Pearls

Never again. Service is good, food is so bad!!! Chicken wings was dry, hard & stringy and so was the chicken. My son just ate the chips. Very very disappointing. Absolutely waste of money! I'm tired of wasting money on takeout and receiving Absolutely rubbish in return. Seems like people are only interested in making money. Quality is never a priority!

Firstly Had to wait long for the food, asked for the chicken to be well done, but it was still red inside, also paid for extra sauce, but there was hardly any sauce on it, chicken is bland, and chips are like cardboard

We waited for one and a half hours for our food.I noticed other customers also upset for the long wait.It seems as if take away orders were being given priority.

Very long wait for our order. There's only one waiter to serve all the tables. Overall a very poor experience.

Visited Mochachos on New Year's day. So I didn't take it seriously as I assumed they were understaffed. Food was great. I had the gourmet chicken burger. And was chefs kiss. The service wasn't so great. We ordered 3 burgers which took about 45 minutes. And there were no cutlery. Tables weren't cleaned when people left. But like I said it was a public holiday. I do intend to visit again, let's hope the service is better.

Aisha the cashier was lovely & kind! It was my first visit & she went above & beyond to make sure the food was perfect. The burritos weren’t soggy or old, the chips were crispy & fresh and the service was amazing.Aisha should be at all Mochachos!

My family enjoyed their meals here. We have been here a few times as well. Service is always prompt and food always freshly prepared...

Disappointing… burger was stale..ordered strips and rice as well, rice wasn’t delivered.. when I called the Franchise to query this was told that because I ordered via MR D I need to call them..Even said that I will go back to get my money back for the non delivery & again the blame was placed on MR D.. only they will be able to refund me..
