Cash Converters Menlyn Retail Park

I am a regular customer. I went in today to pay interest on a phone I have on pawn at the same time collect other items witch have been there for awhile I pay the interest on these item every month. Unfortunately for me it would seem as if the item weren't listed on there system witch I find strange because the system says that they are overdue witch I find very strange as I know I paid it unfortunately it was cash and the shop had loadsheding that day I remember paying the interest on my items and the person I dealt problem is the staff I'm dealing with don't know what they are doing and there was no actual manager on duty the only decent service I have received is from a staff member Called Edwin I think rather promote him to a managers position as I feel the rest lack the skills of carrying out this task his explanation and way of dealing with a person is the correct way I delt with a lady today that kept on telling me that if I raise my voice she can't think straight well unfortunately when a person is getting told they are going to lose there personal possessions after the personal have actually made the error I think I'm entitled to be upset and it wasn't as if I lost my temper at all the staff member that assisted me the day I paid the interest actually brought my belongings and apologized for the mistake saying that the system has made an error when the lady got involved the whole situation changed from a system error to now being a client taking a chance to score something he isn't entitled to I get it I'm sure there are many customers out there that try there luck and see what they can score I'm not one of them I've been a client of cash converters for many years I'm urging the store to recall the camera footage as that will tell the tale

I have had many very different experiences at Cash Converters Menlyn Retail park, selling and buying.In my experience, Menlyn Retail Park scored the lowest between Cash Converters Moreletta Park and Lynnwood Gift Acres. Price, professionalism and basic custom experience were horrendous.I shared my experience with Customer support several times. ( This department, which is outsourced, is very efficient)My last experience at Menlyn retail Park was very different. I received fast, efficient, and surprisingly good value.It seems that the shop's newest recruit is out to make a difference. She went out of her way to assist me and took initiative to insure that I ( the client) was happy.It feels like their new lady Manager is ours to make a difference.It's not always about the price, but ist about the customer's experience.I deleted my previous experience because even though you won't always be happy with their buyout structures, or resale prices, a lot of improvement has happened in my experience.I also believe that the company does take customers' complaints seriously and that they are out to make positive changes.Other information. Menlyn retail park offers free parking cuurenty, but new booms were installed, so this might change. Uncovered parking is available but some shade is provided by trees planted in the parking lot.Unfortunately, I did not see wheelchair parking or wheelchair capability close to the Cash Converters entrance.

The one workers wikus or Rikus or whatever his name is, is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers or around them. I’m a retail business this is extremely poor and I hope that this will get sorted out quickly because I will never enter a cash converters in my life again and I don’t recommend anyone going to this cash converters.

The service received is very very poor. I have been there twice in the past 3 weeks to get a price on an item and each time they have not priced it yet and said they will phone me. How can you have items on the floor and not have prices for it or at least have a customer waiting almost 3 weeks without any feedback???

Big shop, not very well laid out and mostly uninterested staff. They do have a lot of stuff to buy though. Many TVs and lots gym stuff too. They also have a good selection of console games.

All appliances tested and very friendly staff members. Would recommend that they have more knowledge about the products they're selling.

Nice big store with plenty of furniture and camping goodies. Staff are helpful and friendly. It is always a good idea to ask for a discount as they can usually assist you with at least a small percentage off the marked price... and i think nowadays we must take a saving wherever we can get it! Good prices in general, very fair.

Staff is friendly and willing to serve. They are eager to make a deal and assist in finding what you are looking for.Items is just not always at better than new price, but still well priced. The buying division is safe and secure. The do a market related analysis and allows a bit of negotiation.The shop is well laid out and it is easy to move even with the wide selection of stock.Well situated and easily accessible.

The staff of this branch have upmarket boutique attitude forgetting they run a pawn shop.

A really nice Cash Converters with friendly staff. The store is neat and clean with lots of stock. I enjoy stopping here!
