Red Ivory Lane

Whatever you do, do not purchase an apartment at Red Ivory Lane. In October, 2022, it started raining heavily and suddenly water was coming through my walls and these cracks and bubbles have formed. I have reported the problem to the Body Corporate, they sent SK Construction to conduct an inspection, then they sent another company to conduct the same report, then they sent someone else. I always have to follow up as they do not provide any feedback and emails often go unanswered or they just ignore you.All the windows outside have cracks that you don't see for the first three months you are there. Then all of a sudden it rains heavily in October, when you follow up with them to fix something they don't assist. Your emails go ignored, nothing happens, it's all just a scam. Don't do it. I am yet to hear any resolution to my query from either Taryn, Luke, the Body Corporate, or the Developers. Very Disappointing!

This is a horrible place to live in. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, the body corporate is the worst I have ever experienced. They make unrealistic decisions and your concerns and inputs are completely ignored. Honestly none of this was communicated before moving here. Just a miserable place to stay in.

Outstanding residential place. Don't hesitate just go ahead and purchase.

Neat, secure, residential complex

Good complex to stay in ,closer to the mall ,cheaper levies and beautiful apartments from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom with private gardens,and pet friendly.

The most nice and best place to buy a house at very good quality and very neat houses and close to the most places

I am absolutely disgusted by the welcome my partner received at Red Ivory Lane at 5:30pm today. My partner was parked outside since 4pm to view an apartment that we were interested in and one of the residents stopped alongside him driving a yellow car, asked him a few questions and my partner told him that his there to view an apartment, my partner further went to ask him how it is living at the complex and how is the complex affected by load shedding etc. When my partner and the rental agent went inside to view they were so shocked, they were accused of attempting to break in to this apartment, several residence came out and started screaming at him and almost wanted to attack him when he rather decided to walk away, honestly so confused at what was happening as we were really interested in renting a unit. The residents at this complex furthermore commented that its because my partner is BLACK and they are trying to break in. My partner drove off very disappointed and honestly so shocked at the treatment received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TO ADD ON TO THIS my partner was followed after he left and summons to come back to the complex because he has stolen WHICH IS NOT THE CASE!!!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THIS APARTMENT, TO GIVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH, I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT AND EVEN INVEST AT THIS PROPERTY!!!

It's a secure and safe place to live

Not worth buying. No help from M&T, will never buy from them again. Send in a list of problems from day one. Promise to fix them for a year. Then after a year they say sorry can't halp you anymore we will only fix stuff outside the building. Cracked pipes, outer draining pipes not even glued in. Cracks every where on the walls. Water leaks. Won't even fix the water damage. Had numerous break-ins before the place was a year old. Don't waist your money.

This place is a rip off, everything looks nice when you first see the place.. Things start breaking, the quality is poor, within a year leaking kitchen sinks, blocked drains, toilet seats, towel rails, door handles and dryer are broken. The place has damp issues, the mould has damaged my clothing, shoes and furniture .. My bathroom looks disgusting with mould all over my ceiling and wall. Which we had repainted, but the problem persist.. The feedback we got is poor ventilation and there's nothing they can do. We literally keep our windows open 24hrs and the damp issue is still so bad. When you query problems, everything is out of warranty. Can't wait to leave this place!!
