Easy to find the place. Customers are assisted as soon as they arrive. Friendly staff, who display good customer care. Service is quick, leading to very short waiting time. No need to secure appointment, especially when one takes a car in for inspection. Keep up the good work.

The service personnel was nice but the service not good enough. It took some days after the insurence approval for Glassfit to contact me. Then the glass they brought was incorrect and they only realized after taking out the old one. They then had to go and get the correct one.

Never Make use of their services at all, this was the worst i have ever seen and experienced, cant stick to installations, always blaming someone else, full of Empty promises, they cant deliver any services at all, Pathetic

Not helpful at all, also have an attitude, rather go somewhere else. If you are going for an insurance inspection save yourself a trip they won't help you, go somewhere else.

Poor poor poor. 6 days later and still they are incompetent to replace a windscreen. They inspect ON the Three Rivers site and still got it wrong. Transferred to PTA and STILL no service! Guys rather go to PG Glass!

Poor customer Relations. They mixed up my appointment I made with them. They did then try to assist me. We awaited for 45min just to find out that they didn’t have the correct percentage of tinting for my car, which meant if I did come for the other appointment they would have not be able to assist me anyway. They did not apologise for their mistake. This could have easily been avoided if they apologised for their mistake and phoned the supplier for stock before we waited 45min.
