Worse place ever to buy a bed from. Quality of beds are not good. We paid a lot if money for a bed and cannot even sleep in the bed. Bed making funny noises and squeking sounds. Impossible to sleep on the bed. After service does not exist. Do not lift up to any if their promises.

I am absolutely disgusted with my purchase of my Tempur Hybrid mattress that I purchased from this branch. Sleeping on a park bench would most likely be softer than this! This is my third bed purchase from Vencasa in a bid to try to get a decent nights sleep.I have spent an absolute fortune with them, and have now just given up...

Poor customer service presented by a staff member who works at this particular branch. Overbearing and aggressive approach to customers.Tempur is an amazing brand! Canal walk shopping mall- amazing customer service!I would not recommend the Table bay mall branch due to the inappropriate behaviour by staff and poor customer service experience.

The employee was really eager to make a good job. Unfortunately, it doesn't came to a deal, because the company asked for a prepayment of the full purchase price. Naturally, I refused, because this is an absolutely unusual and unacceptable business behavior. It's a shame and waste of time. Better go to any reputable shop.
