From the first contact with Gas Viper until the job is completed, there is continuous feedback provided. They advise you if they are going to be late or if they need to reschedule. The work is carried out and completed correctly the first time. I have used their services at my home as well as at my business and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Try to place booking with them to be told they will get back to me for the appointment witch never happen. So not very helpful.

What a great experience! We selected gas viper based on their google reviews, and they didn't disappoint.We were desperate to get a gas hob with all the load shedding currently, and so I enquired with gas viper.They were on it from the get go, Sharon gave me a quote on the same day. We needed to have some granite cut to fit the hob. Sharon recommended a service provider who was also great.We sourced our gas hob a few days later. Sharon organised the gas to be delivered to us and Stephan arrived on time and installed. He had alot of knowledge but also did a very neat installation. Seamless, and professional and everything Would definitely recommend them!

Do not use this company at all. They do not know what they are doing, their service is horrible and they do not deliver.I had a problem with my stove where the fan would sometimes turn off. After contacting Bosch, they sent out Gas Viper who swore up and down that they knew exactly what the problem was and that a part needed to be replaced. After paying for the replacement, they kept on delaying and delaying for a month.When they did finally send someone out he had no idea what he was doing and ultimately completely broke my oven. They said they would send someone later in the day with more expertise to come and fix it but never came back. When I called their customer service they kept on trying to put the blame on me and saying that they are the wrong people to fix the problem. This is after they came out a month ago, looked at the problem and said that they can fix it and then charging me for that supposed fix that ended up completely breaking my oven. When I refused to accept responsibility for their incompetence and mistakes the lady on the phone became condescending and hung up the phone.So in conclusion, I would highly recommend that you steer as far clear from Gas Viper as possible and find someone else.
