WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE THIS OUTLET CHIP SERVED COLD AS ICE ,NO SAUCES SERVED BY WAITER,ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE CLAIM TO BE THE MANAGER BUT FOUND NO SOLUTION TO PROBLEM.STAFF ARE RUDE AND ABRUPT.THEN NOTICE A GUY CALLED ZAK ,ASKED HIM HE IS THE MANAGER ,YES HE CLAIMED SO HE FAILED AS WELL .HE REQUESTED MY CONTACT DETAILS SO THAT HE COULD ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH HIS MANAGEMENT .EVIDENCE WAS ON THE TABLE ,I REQUESTED A REFUND WHICH WAS GIVEN WITH ATTITUDE .ZAK AGAIN ASKED FOR CONTACT DETAILS TO OFFER ME A COMPLIMENTARY MEAL,I REFUSED TO GIVE MY DETAILS ,I CAME INTO OUTLET PAID FOR OUR MEALS AND WAS SERVED COLD MEALS.THAT MEANS WE ARE NOT BEGGERS , ADDRESS THE ATTITUDE OF STAFF AND SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS FRESH FOOD AND SCRAP.ZAK MENTION THIS STORE IS OWNED BY NANDOS AND NOT A FRANCHISE OWNER.ONLY TO HEAR OUTSIDE THE OUTLET THAT THIS HAS A FRANCHISE OWNER BUT STAFF WILL NOT DISCLOSE THEIR DETAILS.SAD SAD

Only reviewing because terrible service on two separate orders:1. 15th June 22 After receiving our meal one hour late, Halloumi veg and rice - rice was raw. Extremely raw and the meal was inedible. Call logged on app, not yet a response. No refund offered order number 9272/5549790362. Second order on 22 June 22 Ordered a 1/4 chicken meal for delivery. They forgot to send the chicken. Manager called to say there are no drivers to send the rest of the meal... No refund offered. Order 9520/397978746Dont waste your time here.

Unfortunately very slow and poor service. This is not the first time.We were said to wait in the parking lot for our food, after 30 min of waiting we went inside and they forgot about our order. Unacceptable

The food at this branch is really terrible and is because staff don’t seem to care. Every single time I have ordered in person or on Uber Eats, they have completely disregard my extras which most times is for extra sauce. Without this extra sauce the food is extremely dry and burnt and the sweetcorn lacks any flavour. You could choke on the chicken and spicy rice or pita because that’s how dry it is. They also do not add any sauces or condiments in your package. I am not sure if this is a Nandos enforced practice but it is very disappointing to pay such a lot for such terrible quality. They have also slapped together the pitas so that it is broken by the time you get home and the filling is sparse and never consistent. There needs to be managers on duty who check orders before they leave. The staff just don’t care about customer service. Terrible for a tourist heavy area.

This is a real gem of a nandos situated at Ballito Junction. I highly recommend this restaurant and it's very rarely that I am impressed by excellent service from a franchise restaurant however this Nandos ranks up there with OR Tambo Nandos as one of the best for service as the ladies welcomed my family and I with enthusiasm and friendliness that had really taken me by surprise. The lady who served me made great recommendations for my kids which is exceptional and we didn't wait long for our food to arrive which was another plus in my book. The food was well prepared and tasted as amazing as we have come to expect from the escudo promise that nandos makes. Thank you to Nandos Ballito junction for delivering exceptional service and great tasting food , i would definitely return.

Ordered a full chicken, under-done with extra sauce. The cashier that took the order looked tired and wanting to go home. The chicken came overcooked, burnt and dry. Terrible service. Not worth supporting them in future.
