I always wait for my dog and when not full I will be able to watch but I love what they do and work with my doggy ❤ ♥ , I would recommend anybody to take their babies to them...

We stay on a farm and moved to town recently, first time experience for our 5 year old Ridgeback and 7 year old Corgi to be washed and groomed by someone other than myself. Thank you so much for the loving care and keeping us informed the whole time from collecting up to delivering a happy Simba and Hunter!

Very poor customer service made an appointment and they couldn't help due to short staff. Why make an appointment I can understand if they short staffed but then the owner Sheena spoke to me in a an inappropriate tone telling me that if she must let her staff help everyone that waits for their dog she will lose money and won't be able to pay her staff. Not happy as I have been taking my doggy there for a while now

A gem I discovered. Forever grateful that I followed the postings on the FB page i.r.o. Sheenas dog parlour. Very hard to keep the nails of small breed dogs short, they don't really go for walks and are indoors most of the time. Wow, these two guys at the parlour are so well trained. It took them less than 4 min to clip our Maltese's nails and there were no bleeding unlike TAH where I had our poodle taken to at the beginning of the year. We bought the same clipper at a Vet Shop, but to clip pup's nails, is a mission. I call him a pup because he's small. He's an adult 7yr old Maltese. The 2 gentlemen at the parlour are efficient, effective and professional. From now onwards I'm a regular client. Thanks to you!

Dogs hair cut very untidy and uneven. My puppy's hair, they cut off all his hair when I asked them not to. The groomer said the hair will grow back when i mentioned that was not what i wanted. Two of my dogs were bleeding and they said it is not life threatening. The facility is dirty. They don't apply Covid rules, no one wears a mask and no hand sanitiser present. When Sheena heard I was unhappy, she made excuses for why things cannot be as I say it was and she was not even there when it happened. She is very unprofessional and I will never ever recommend anyone to use their service.

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. I had taken my baby for grooming and when he came back he was not the same vigorous and bubbly Baby I know. I wouldn't advise anyone take their pets here. I don't know if my baby contracted a virus(as they keep on mentioning a virus) or some sort of abuse was in forced.

My little lady came home smelling like a dream! The team at Sheena's took such good care of her and gave her a MUCH NEEDED grooming!Very quick, affordable, professional and friendly service!My first time using Sheena's, but I'll certianly be back!
