I took my Renault to Renault no branch mentioned and the took 2 days to get back to me they quoted an out of this world price to fix the car and the parts would come who knows when. So I took it the the French Service and Spares and they fixed my car in a few days. The quote was half that of Renault and I could see all the parts replaced after the job. I am a happy customer

My car broke after been taken to Lincoln at French Spares and Service for q carbon clean and injector seal replacement. First my water pump blew and then the car's engine light went on which turned out to be the injector seals that needed to be replaced. He responded by saying they carried out their work and there was no issues, however another workshop has confirmed their workmanship was the cause of the problems as they worked directly on the areas and parts affected. Currently trying to sue for costs incurred on fixing their dodgy workmanship. Use them at your own peril.

Had a great experience and happy to say I will definitely be a returning customer and referring family and friends to this company. As a woman taking your car to a mechanic I have always felt done in, or lied to … This is the first time leaving a car service center or mechanic completely happy. Took my Renault Megane in for a major service, had great customer service, communication and they did not overcharge like Renault garage. Thank you so much for the great experience.

I got my car serviced here recently, so far everything is good. The staff are all friendly, they seem to enjoy working here. They called during the day to get approval before doing anything extra, meaning I wasn't in for a surprise bill, which is nice.
