The photobooks Studio22 has been printing for me are great quality and the service has been absolutely amazing. I was nervous starting this process in the beginning, as I had never done this before, but Studio 22 makes it really easy and a simple process and their staff is incredibly helpful. The online portal is super easy to use once you get the hang of it. I have'nt had any dissapointments with my orders and on two occassions the books were printed ahead of schedule. Would definitly recomend them!

Every year I order a photo book, from Studio22, of all our photos taken during the year. Up until now it was only a pleasure dealing with Studio22. They always made the inside cover of my book black (without me having an option to choose). I, therefore, over the years, got used to it and thought that was the standard. Never did I even think that there were other options, otherwise I would have specified my preference as black (every time). This year however, they send me my book with a white inside cover (as they only had white paper stock) - what a disappointment - now my books do not look the same. After contacting them, they did offer to correct it for me (at their cost), but I will have to arrange and pay for the courier. Nowhere did I even have an option to choose, yet THEY decided white will suffice and now they will ONLY correct it if I arrange and pay for the courier. What a disappointment!!! Therefore - make sure you inform them of your inside book cover colour preference!

The product is of the highest calibre, and Kurt provided exceptional service.Strongly recommend Studio 22. I purchased a custom 600mm by 600mm black frame with white mounting board and a 450mm x 450mm matte print. In addition to the excellent quality of the matte colour print and black frame, Kurt went the extra mile to ensure that the print colours looked great. He also ensured that the frame was delivered carefully. I'm a happy customer. Go ahead and order your framed artwork from Studio22. You won't be disappointed!

Saying that I cannot recommend this company more wouldn't be true because I recommend them to everyone that I know. I previously had a great experience at Studio 22, so much so that I’ve referred many of my friends to print their pictures with them. This is my 3rd time dealing with them in a short space of time and slowly their service has dropped with each order. I placed an order and paid immediately, nobody responded saying that my payment was received or when I could expect my order to be ready for collection. They then called to say my order was ready but that they made a mistake on my order. After I asked that it be corrected, they moved me to the back of the queue and gave me a turn around time of 7 days despite the mistake being made on their end. No apologies or even attempt to get my order ready sooner. Really hope that this customer service and better communication can be worked on as I’d like to continue using Studio 22 in the future.Update: Appreciate the swift response and acknowledgement in working on better communication :) looking forward to printing with them again in the future

Best quality photo prints I've seen in YEARS! Beautiful matte photo paper, absolutely stunning colours. Took a chance and ordered online, no adjustments to my images, no idea what to expect... What a surprise and absolute pleasure to receive my small, well packaged order, so promptly. Best price, professional quality, super helpful when I called for help with payment too. I can wholeheartedly recommend Studio 22 ... 122%.

I followed this address on google maps, took me into a residential area, no logo or any indications of a business that was operating. Not blaming anyone but maybe change the address to be correct.Unfortunately I'm a lost customer but for future references....plz correct it.
