I hope and pray to never visit this place in Pickering Street. If you want stress just drop any of their products there you will regret the day you set your foot there. Service is so terrible

Defy's lack of support in providing parts for my Defy gas hob is shockingly disappointing.

Defy has recently moved from North End to Newton Park. The service is terrible and has not changed for the last three years since I have been trying to get the same items over and over and over. Trying to buy replacement handles for a stove from the largest manufacturer in South Africa is virtually impossible. This is for outdated and full currently made stoves which is in my opinion is ridiculous that they are able to assist clients in this regard. Every time I go in there regularly to find out what has happened I'm told the same story we're still waiting for the spares. Every time I go when they are customers walking around asking the same questions. Really management needs to take a good look at this branch and sort out the problem because it is doing nothing for the reputation of defy which is the largest manufacturer appliances in South Africa. Just to confirm I am still waiting for replacement knobs of a current stove which I have been waiting for September them for months.

I have a DEF washer/dryer combo. The machine stopped drying. They sent a service man out immediately. Unfortunately, the machine still did not work. Next day, they followed up with 2 repairmen. They were unable to fix the machine.Special parts needed to be ordered. When the parts arrived they immediately scheduled a repairman to come out the next day (Saturday) to repair. 5 stars to Miss Aatiqah and Mr. West.

Absolutely Shocking Service.Been waiting for a part for 2,5 months.No one ever gets back to you.Tried calling them 11 times in one day .Most of the time No answer, and when they do, they never get back to you.
