Red alert ....the absolute worst managing agents. Please message me for an honest review of my experience. No stars would be more appropriate.

I am disgusted at how many of the issues I have are exactly the same as the reviews on this page.Preexisting damage and we getting charged for it. Been loyal for 8+ years. Never missed a payment and always on time.Now they claiming damages witch where already there.The unit was unlivable and that's why we moved.Have emails and snag lists and continues emails reporting problems . And none where fixed.Do not rent from them . They are sharks and money thirsty snakes.Will never let anyone I know deal with them

Disgusting responses from Kayla Tryon. It's not the fact that she can't make a mistake, but the fact that she initially lied, and only when proved wrong she responds by saying, It's funny how she can do a human error but I can't." -Is this the way you respond to a client? What's hard about accepting accountability

The worst rental agency. Sadly I was warned about it before and did not listen. The agents are quick to sign you in but when they have to refund you your deposit you have to keep following up. And on top of that they come up with calculations that don’t even make sense so that can refund you as little as they can. I will never rent from this people. I am a very unhappy tenant.

We received the worst service you can imagine from Rawson Edenglen. They refused to refund over R7k rental deposit. Way too quick with their “exit inspection report” but when we moved in there was no “moving in inspection report”. Did the snag list without the rental agent in sight (Felicity Ziyambi). Apartment was filthy when we moved in, sent pics as proof but they still charged us a “cleaning fee” when we moved out. Total crooks these people. Charged us for repairs on stuff that we found in horrid state, also failed to provide proof of the state the apartment was before we moved in because no one cared to do that inspection. All they had was a bunch of fancy pics taken to advertise the unit. A bunch of thieves. Do not rent with these people!!

Please do not conduct business with them, the first and last time I Will ever rent a property through them.The worst real estate Agent I have ever dealt with too, they are so kind when they are getting you to sign the lease but the moment you have any problem with the unit and need them to do their job they are completely obnoxious and unreasonable.When it's time to pay your deposit back you never hear from them again

Rawson Edenglen is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Agent Kayla Tryon and Manager Chiara Cownley has no client service skills, no email etiquette, no basic people skills, no common sense or reasoning skills. And one would think if you communicate with the manager you will experience something different, but not in this case. You only get to realise that it is rotten from top to bottom. I am shocked that people like this is allowed to deal with clients.

worst rental agency to do business with, the try and crook you around every corner and the Estate agents are so quick to sign the lease but when they need to do their job they are no where to be seen.when it is time for them to pay the deposit back they hold you accountable for pre-existing damage and try and get out of every cent and don't even get back to you at all.If doing business with them have everything in writing such as outgoing report, snag list etc.

Most exceptional and friendly service from Kayla Tryon. I highly recommend her and the service she provides to her clients. She is meticulous in all details. Very happy customers!

Thank you to Brett (Rawson's branch principal) and Mariska for your advice and assistance, never have we experienced such wonderful and exceptional customer service. I will recommend Rawson's to all friends and family.
