Ordered 3 pizzas via phone call to collect. For some reason they only made 2, and forgot totally about the 3rd one. I was in a hurry, hency why I order 20 minutes priot to the collection. Had to wait a while for the 3rd one eventually.

The pizza itself is good, however the service is TERRIBLE! It takes forever to complete orders - at least 2 hours, staff members are unhelpful and unfriendly. I will not make use of their services again.

Pizza was delicious! Ordered the 1m size boss! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the driver hooted and revved his scooter engine apon arrival after I asked for him not to hoot he then said he hooted as he had no airtime to call

Ordered for collection telephonically. Once arriving 15 minutes later the food was still in the oven. They told me I could collect within 15-20 minutes. We proceeded to wait an extra 10 minutes. 1 of our pizzas were burnt in the oven because no one was paying attention to our order that was being prepared. We then had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the 1 pizza to be remade. Will never use this Pizza Hut again!!!

Horrible service.I had to wait a whole hour for 2 small pizzas while watching multiple people who ordered 1 metre pizzas leave before me.

There was money deducted from my mom's account 7:19 in the morning for a pizza I didn't order ,it's very suspicious, I went to the manager and explain everything to him and said I want my money back, he took my number and he never called me back. Pizza hut Montana won't see me again. if it happens again I'm going to lay charges of theft and fraud at the police.

After waiting for 2 hours I call to make follow up and then the manager tells me that one of his drivers was stopped by police, so can they make another order and send another driver? Like really? After 2 hours? This is pathetic no wonder pizza hut keeps closing. I'm never buying here again.
