Great staff, very friendly. Clean enough, nice food. Great scenery. Wiring of bedside lamps was concerning. Overall a pleasant and safe experience. Highly recommended for those looking for luxury on a budget.

Pokey but clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Bedroom is basic and could do with some work. Safe batteries dead by some years and cannot open cupboards.

It’s a decent place. Clean, well managed, food is good, it’s definitely worth the money. The only issue for me was the limited parking. I was woken up early twice after a late night so I can make way for other cars, beside this the place is worth a visit.

I was pleased by their service from, the administration is really helpful, the place itself is great in reasonable lodging offers. Only one or two things I didn't like, that why I give four stars.

Build in a nice and convenient area. Close to Mabhida stadium and Suncoast entertainment world. The garden looks great. My room was a bit small yet convenient as it was closer to reception.

Good rooms, privacy, great view, has a good pool. It is the perfect hotel.

Place was nice and I loved the pool area. Breakfast was limited but tasted nice. There’s a guy who was working early shift on Friday the 4th not sure of his name, the one with no hair. That guy is a gem to the property and knows customer service and is free spirited. He’s the type of person the property wouldn’t want to lose.Parking would be nice if maybe a person got their own remote since there’s load shedding intercom doesn’t work, landline doesn’t work and you have to fall the cellphone number for the gate to be opened which would be a problem if maybe you had no airtime. They could implement a more convenient easier way.But overall nice place and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice bedroom, friendly staff .. internet not working......breakfast always late....so never had any.....parking a disaster.....will definitely look for somewhere else to stay next time

Little run down, but neat. Staff friendly, but inattentive. This morning since 5h35 doorrbell was screaming to let day staff in. Bell was run 20 times and I had to get up to check, before night staff actually did something. Thereafter literally every 5 minutes for about 40 minutes the doorbell was rung loydly to let day staff in, not peaceful at all
