Took my daughter for gel for matric farewell. She walked out with her own nails cut off short, no gel. Only cutex that was not at all what i booked or paid for. Never again

I received an sms from Sorbet saying that because it's my birthday month I can get up to 50% off on a treatment up to a max of R200, until the end of October. I booked 2 treatments because I would be getting the discount . On the day of the treatments when I went to pay and mentioned the discount sms, the receptionist mentioned that I do not qualify for it as the last time I had been there was 2yrs ago. I told her that the sms said that it was valid till end of October to which she replied that T's & C's apply. Of course there are always T's & C's but why do they send me this sms if I am not eligible to receive the discount. She said that I could get this discount on my next treatment. I should just say that I never claimed my birthday discount. I was very disappointed with this misleading sms. They must please take me off their system as I will definitely not be returning to this beauty salon. Comparing to when I went there 2yrs ago, the service levels have definitely dropped. On a side note, I had a neck and chest mask put onto my face with no holes for my eyes and mouth, the therapist had to make them so I could breathe. And I did not get a facial massage but a neck and decolloté massage. I booked a facial to get my face treated and massaged. Please be aware of this misleading sms'.

Staff are always friendly and attentive. The personal effort that goes into knowing their regular clients and remembering their preferences puts them miles ahead many other places

The service I got your good, the disturbing part, was customers coming in their with small children and knocking over and braking champagne glasses. Not once but twice.

Pleasantly surprised! Had very sore feet so was more concerned about the massage than the cutex. The lady who helped me has healing hands, so professional and friendly. Great staff!

Went for a pedicure with a friend. This is a regular treat for us as the staff here always treats us like long time friends. Mekyla did my treatment and she was so friendly and professional. Really nice to see the staff being friendly and easy among themselves as well.

I’ve given this place so many chances. First it was the shaky eyebrow wax, the second time the lady practically scrubbed off my cuticles and skin (she pushed my cuticles with so much force I was in pain for 2 days and then today I booked an appointment for 5:30 which they had told me is available, so why I’m i still waiting after 30 minutes to get my nails done? No explanation as to what’s causing the delay, staff is walking out instead of attending to customers and to ease the backlog . This just shows that they don’t respect peoples time. Also how is it that people who came 15 minutes after me got help??? Utterly disappointed

By far the worst nail bar I’ve been too. Surprising that it’s still around and they haven’t not improved the quality of nails since the last time I’ve been there. So disappointing

Staff should be more welcoming when people walk in, if staff behind the counter are busy they should acknowledge patrons with a smile and be courteous.

My nails were completely normal 3 weeks before this. I had my tips removed and this is what lay beneath.I've had bad experiences with nails before but this is by far the WORST!!!!POOR STERILISATION OF EQUIPMENT!!!Personally I'm never going back.
