Good for quick electricity purchases

I walked in hoping to buy some equipment for my factory. Three guys behind the counter, no customers in the store, not a single one of them offers service. I forced a greeting and they just looked at me like I was lost. I asked if all three are busy? I'd like some service. He just says Ja". Wow these guys are rude!! I just walked straight out. No way I will ever spend any money at this place

We went to Lido electrical as we have had good service in the past and the pricing has always been competitive . Got to the store and it was relatively quite but service was non existent. Looks like card games on the PC are for more important . I will back this post up with a call to management.

Had neither of the simple items that I wanted - didn't seem to care. Very unhelpful. I won't waste my time going there again.

Popped in to get a few bits and bobs - during loadshedding, but they had a generator running - so far so good. Counter service bloke sitting behind the counter, wearing a blue cap - 1. He does not even look up from what I assume is his computer screen and mumbles a reply to my cheery “Good Morning”2. I ask him for some motor vehicle type fuses - he tells me they don’t stock those, I can get them from a vehicle parts supply store - fair enough - but still doesn’t look up. 3. And here is the kicker - I ask for some household type electrical wire - he tells me they can’t “do anything” as their system is down due to loadshedding!For goodness sake - hire counter service people with actual people skills, and if your system is down and cannot “do anything”, start with that before I even open my mouth!
