Gecko lodge is a family run business and as such they knew our names and chatted to us and made sure we were ok. It was a great stay. Only thing i would say is place needs a little update but the food and service was second to none!

In a quiet secure location, security is present 24/7. Priscilla is very proactive and friendly, she cooperated well with us and we are grateful for it. Fridges have been added to the rooms with further initiatives for TV’s and wifi in the rooms. Currently wifi is available in the main lobby and dining area. Breakfast is great. Thanks to the management once again for making our stay enjoyable.

A little paradise near to the Sabi River. The staff is extremly friendly and professionell. The rooms are decorated in a warm and cozy style. And the pool is the right place to relax and have a drink. Breakfast and lunch are very good. The short distance to the Kruger National Park is a further reason to give an absolutely recommendation for this little paradise

We had fun the place needs upgrades including the bedding also mirrors in the rooms to view yourself top to bottom they were busy installing televisions. Breakfast the last day there were no mushrooms so they need to stock up enough.

Surrounded by beautiful peaceful gardens. Spacious rooms, also family rooms available. Dinner upon request. They just renovated 4 rooms and those look great! Lovely management couple. Perfect ro stay if you want to explore the area.

Absolutely loved this place! Was the perfect area to stay before doing our self safari. Would highly recommend to others! The bed was very comfortable and the showers were nice. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and the staff are very kind. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here a few days in 2018 and we really loved it. No tv, no WiFi on every place. Just a bit back to basic. The lodge we had was simple. The shower and bathroom are separated and there is a big room with a double bed and.. a real gecko on the wall.Will definitely come back here :)

We stayed here for one evening and really enjoyed it! Breakfast and dinner was great and the staff were very friendly! The area is so beautiful and we enjoyed the calm and quietness of the area! We will definitely be back again!

It was a lovely, peaceful relaxing stay, good food and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend this lodge to friends and family. Have made a return booking for April holidays.
