The optometrist took time to explain in detail what was being done during the examination of my eyes The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, most importantly making sure I stayed within the amount allowed by the medical aid when choosing a frame.. Friendly staff. Competent and explains well.My only issue is that the full exam report was not sent to me as requested. The time required to order new spectacles would take longer than our stay in SA. So I needed that detailed report to get specs in our new country.
