Very helpful staff and great spot for many of your digital needs, also open quite late being at the Waterfront which is really helpful on a weekend.

Really rude towards you when you ask questions to gain more information about a product. I understand why they are rated a 1 star.

Euwen (sorry not sure how to spell his name) was the friendliest, most helpful person I've ever come across in any store. He is so knowledgeable and helped us in finding the right pair of earpods. He really went above and beyond in helping us make the right choice. We will definitely be back!

Had VISA photos taken for US Embassy - I told them there should not be any shadows on the face. The lighting is wrong. He insisted the photos will be acceptable - well they're not. Again lots of attitude like other customers' comments.

Had passport photos taken. Quick, efficient, friendly service.

This place has a speaker blaring out the door and it is actually extremely unpleasant to sit at VidaE across the way.The staff don’t care and don’t want to put it softer, so here the entire waterfront is being forced to hear this taxi rank music!!!

They were very helpful and friendly and made honest recommendations on the products they sell. They were far better priced than other stores.Would recommend 10/10.

It is absolutely insane how a business is allowed to have loud speakers bothering everyone around them from Vida to Truworths. I see I'm not the first one to complain about that....

I bought a pair of earbuds, Edifier X3S, from Digilens in the V&A Waterfront in May 2022. This was after I bought a JBL Charge 5 from the same store in April 2022. The user experience of the earbuds were not great but I persisted and gotten use to them eventually.The one ear bud started giving issues in Nov 2022 and I only managed to take it in for review to get it replaced or refunded in Jan 2023, still within the 1 year warranty/guarantee.The shop assistant called me a few days later to say something is wrong with the earbud and they will replace the unit for me, I asked that if I could rather get a different brand, I am willing to pay the difference if needed. Store assistant told me no, I asked why and he gave the phone to a Tariq, who told me I cannot get a different pair but they will exchange it.Asked again why because if they are giving me a new pair, why can I not have something else and pay in the difference. Tariq and I had words, after which I told him to keep my earbuds and sell the other pair. I then dropped the call while he was still trying to explain. I have not called back since and they have not contacted me again either.

Amazing service from Adeeb and Taariq! 10/10 would recommend for photo printing.
