Thank goodness this Company no longer exists. The service use to be good and efficient, that is before they got too big to handle a suburb and surrounding suburbs. My score has been minus zero for the last two years before they went broke (Jan2021) and illegally handed the data of their clients to National. And no, I have not joined National.

Called on Friday waited for 3min to answer the emergency no.Called again shutted from one person to another 4X times till YOU HUNG UP.Called again told me a technician would call back soon 1 hr latter no call.Called again Logged a call out for Tuesday 8.30 still waiting.Good bye SOS I'm off to ADT FOX

No issues with regards to response. However, if anything goes wrong technically with your alarm, be aware, they'll happily charge the call out fee but not fix the issues.Heaven forbid you have to deal with customer care, because you'll never receive the calls back that they promise.At the end of the day, how can one place the trust of the security of your business or home to a company who doesn't care other than to take your money and leave you waiting on a shred of customer service.In short: Pathetic service.

Hi, I would just like to bring to your attention that your service has deteriorated to the point where I am considering on moving to another armed response company. I have been a customer for +-3 years now and always had good service and quick response time. Of late or since the amalgamation of yourself and D&D the service and reaction time is terrible. Just this morning it took 5min to call me, after my son set of our alarm by accident. I was anxiously awaiting your call as prior it took around about the same time, so I wanted to see how long it took this time. To my surprise I got a call but then after two rings, even before I could answer the call it was put down? It is now 40min after the incident and I have not gotten a call back and I have not seen a armed response vehicle??? My family could be in a really bad situation and SOS, who I pay and rely for armed response has not done nothing about it. Unfortunately, if this continues to happen I will be forced to move to a better and reliable armed response company. I had also noticed that you have no response vehicles in the area anymore. Before I would see vehicles on corners and patrolling?? I will await your response with great anticipation.

I am highly infuriated in the lack of communication from SOS Protect to its customers that it has been acquired by National.I had to do my own research after noticing that every time my alarm was activated, I was now getting calls from National and no longer SOS. Furthermore, they have failed to communicate to me that because they are now under National, I would be charged a higher amount which I have not authorised, YET has already been deducted from bank account. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I unfortunately have SOS as my security company. During the lockdown I discovered that my alarm at my office was not working.I have made so many attempts in contacting SOS and reporting it to them.My first call to them was 6 April 2020 and after numerous attempts to get through to them I was able to get hold of them by contacting the emergency control room and spoke to a very polite and friendly lady. I told her that the recorded voice prompts do not work and ends the calls thus I contacted SOS via the emergency control room.I explained that my alarm was not working. It would not switch on. She said she would email the technical department and they would contact me the next day which they did.I explained to the person who called me that a technician had recently worked on my alarm and was familiar with the system and asked if they would be able to send the same technician. The person said the technician was busy doing installations and could only contact me the next day 8 April. I said that would be fine.To date I am still waiting with no response.I have made subsequent calls going through the same frustrations and aggravations being routed via voice prompts to a dead end line.Yesterday I called again and spoke to the emergency room operator who transferred me to a voice recorder. I left my details with two contact numbers. It is now past 3 pm and no word from SOS security.Will they ever come and sort my alarm out? WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR SOS SECURITY TO GET BACK TO ME?In the even of a break in I am not covered for theft if my alarm is not activated and for legal purposes I am placing this complaint on record.SOS is quick to sign you up, make big promises and taking your money.Unfortunately there is no management whatsoever and I think their business operation is in a complete shamble.Will SOS eventually respond to me?Will SOS reimburse me during the period that I am not covered by their non service?I would strongly suggest that if ever you needed the services of a securitythat you do your homework before considering SOS.####################################################20 May 2020Feeling very happy and excited. Today is a really good day. Today is day 44 and the SOS technician has arrived and repaired my alarm within 5 minutes.Must give credit where it's due. Technician (Isaac) very clued up and an absolute gentleman.Next question... I have been without an operational alarm for 44 days and been charged.Do I get credited for this?

We've been requesting assistance from you since May and ended up experiencing a break in on Sunday the 27th of June. For some odd reason, we are now under National Security" and are not receiving any response from them either. We are being shifted from one incompetent company to another. What's worse
