Your driver is absolutely terrible, he almost caused 3 accidents on the highway, doesn't indicate at all in the 15 minutes that I drove behind him. I phoned you guys to complain and you laughed at me as if I'm crazy, hence the 1 star rating.

I have not come across a company who is so anti-customer service orientated, in a very long time. 1st time I phoned, got placed on hold for 11min. Eventually managed to get through, then I ended up speaking to a lady who didn't seem to keen to help me (I was enquiring about new Tricon blades in bulk). Then I get put through to a Amanda lady, whom has even less people skills. Long story short, it is now Friday afternoon 3.30pm I haven't had any follow up call, I had to make them, I'm still without info or a blade. If their customer service this shocking, with a new client, how do they treat their old clients and am I to expect the same level of quality from their workmanship? I ended up approaching their opposition, and was sorted out within minutes.

Fantastic service, in and out with the correct technical assistance and product. Have installed and it cuts beautifully. Keep up the good work.
