Wonderful experience I've had as a guest, wonderful staff they're having. I loved how The Manager kept on checking me on my dining table with my family, Thumbs up Naveen.

It is the worst Nandos I have ever visited . Went in to buy takeaways .The cashier took more than 15 minutes to enter my order.I was asked by the manager not to drink my coffee whole waiting as it was not bought from the store .My order was wrong when I got home.It was a poor showing of customer service and professionalism.

I enjoyed my luncheon at Nando’s while visiting Gold Reef City. The menu was easy to navigate and picturesque. The staff were helpful and professional. The restaurant was very clean inside with a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The food was freshly prepared hot, full of flavor and delicious. I had the Aqua refresher and it tasted great.

I went to this shop eish and bought chkn Grande salad. This salad was poorly made with insufficient chicken strips and 2 pieces of avocados eish.... I was robbed. I will email my receipts.

Nando's Gold Reef City is a very nice Food establishment, for single as well as a group meal. Ideal for parties and group events. Meals are easily prepared and the host also assist with the menu if you struggle with decision making. Tea and Hot Chocolate as a heated drink and no other coffees on the menu. Food prepared to your discretion and not a variety of desserts. Tables and venue very clean and well lit. A peaceful and tranquil place for dining with welcoming staff Manager included)

Absolutely pathetic service, total disregard, got my sides much later than the main meal,no glasses for the drinks,the lady gave us straws,the nerve! won't return to that store,thanks nandos.
