SUPERSPAR Rustenburg Square

Never in my life have i met such RUDE and ENTITLED people as the ones working here. They are more interested in chatting with the person working next to them than actually doing the job that they CHOSE TO DO. The mentality of 'I am doing you a favour to help you' has never been more apparent than here!!!!What is going on??? The business is not even close to the one that opened its doors many years ago!!

Very dirty. And the staff are extremely rude. What happened to client service?

Good day, I WISH I COULD REMOVE THE ONE STAR, BECAUSE YOU DONT DESERVE IT.I am appalled at the condition of Rustenburg Squre SuperSpar. Shop is filthy, floors not clean, staff unhelpful, food used to be acceptable, but now there are flies on and in cooked foods.Breeding ground for flies and cockroaches, who knows maybe even rats in the back storage area. Above cold meats section, ceiling is open above cold meats section with wires hanging out. At assorted cold meats section staff were extremely unhelpful, rude and abrupt.You will never see me in that shop again. Filthiest and unkempt shop in Spar group. I used to be a regular at Spar stores wherever I went. Now I refuse to support any Spar store, no matter desperate I am for groceries I am.NEVER AGAIN.

I went there today 27th April at around 3pm,the store is very dirty, from the entrance, the floors are terrible. I nearly fell from water on the floor around the fridges, I ask a cashier for a cleaner, she told me they are the ones who are cleaning How disgusting

They know what is a customer and always right thank you

I wont ever support them . Went there with my dad and a black friend . Then the lady at the first till by the door spike in her though saying she does not surf white people . But she did not know i can under stand and my black friend was also shocked . Nice job SPAR

The service is terrible. They wanted to sell as cold meat that was not good anymore. The one lady said is off and then another lady came and told her to just cut off the front part and give us the rest. The cheese is off as well. I will never go shopping there again

The service is the worst, always advertising items that are not in the store. Really horrible having to go to Spar now. The Tops has to be the worst. It seems they always have new ladies there, who don't know how to work the till, you will tell them something is on special, they will stand there and tell you it's not, yet its advertised all over the store. Then, when you ask for the manager, they will ignore you and serve the following customer. The absolute worst service i have ever encountered.
