Great little place to do your laundry, while waiting there is something to keep the little ones occupied, and have a coffee.

I phoned on Thursday and was told that self-service is R30, took the time to withdraw R60's worth of R5 coins for 2x loads; when I arrived there today the lady started putting coins in my machines and upon querying she said that she is supposed to add the coins to the machine and after the wash I pay R40 per load at the till. I objected and she pointed to a tiny notice on an A4 sheet of paper amongst a bunch of other notices also against the wall above the machines, saying that that notice has been up since April. Well, I still lived in a different city in April, I've never been to this laundromat, I phoned on Thursday to find out how much it cost as the prices are not listed on the profile, and I skipped 2x other laundromats closer to home because their reviews were bad. I am very upset and will not use this laundromat.
