Very bad service, So I went to this KFC on Sunday and was getting 2 meals and when the guy was busy taking my order he asked if I'm buying the full meals that includes the drinks and I said yes yet I found his question way too unnecessary because meals do come with drinks as far as I know but anyway that's not important right now. So he went on and explained to me that The fountain" the cold drink machine was not working and if I would mind they can give me the buddies instead to replace the cups yet he did not mention that they will do that at a full cost of a buddies so I said to him they can give me the buddies instead and to my surprise they charged me for the full meals plus the buddies and later on before I made the payment he asked me if I had 10 rand cash and I said no and he continued talking to the other teller saying they'll have to charge the next cash client an extra R10 which I have no Idea what it was for. I found that very disturbing and disappointing that they charge clients extra money only they know why they doing that. I'm very very disappointed and I think clients should check their order slips very carefully before leaving because woooow"

We ordered ordered 30 wings only to be told they are left with 28 we agreed to take that 28. To only find out that the number keeps reducing coz they kept accepting drive through wings ordered which they knew we were the first to order them to ending up getting 24 of those wings.Then after the cashier decided to serve the person behind us in annoyance of our demand which was disrespectful.
