I am the only one queued at the tellers.There are 2 tellers with no clients for the past 15 minutes. They see me standing here but they do not call me up. I understand they may have other work to do but then get another teller just to serve the public at least.This is my lunch hour and I have to return to work. They should take that into consideration.

DON'T INVEST MONEY WITH NEDBANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made that mistake.I invested money for 5years with them now it's time to give my money back. They sent me a message saying if I don't give notice then they will put my money into a 32day call account. I tried to give notice on the app but can't, I tried to give notice on the internet but can't so I went into queensbrugh branch. The consultant told me the reason I can't give notice is because I don't have a Nedbank account so the only way to give notice is if i open an account. I was very confused but she said she could open an account for me now. I said ok if that's the only way I can get my money back then I have no choice . Once she finished opening an account she said I must come back in two weeks . I was shocked she lied so she can get a sale, the worst part is she actually opened two accounts in my name a current and a savings account . Now I have left the bank without giving notice on my investment and I have two Nedbank accounts that I don't need. I still don't know how to give notice on my investment. So how do I get my money back. I will never bank or invest money with Nedbank ever again

Waited 10 minutes just to get into the bank. After which the lady who issues out tickets had been speaking to a couple in front of me. After 5 minutes it comes to my turn and she tells me that the bank can't help me because the systems are offline. To the manager-> can't you inform us that the system is offline even before we enter the bank? Also the lady giving out tickets, couldn't she have had the decency to politely briefly pause her current conversation and send me off earlier? I do not like the way this bank works and i feel it could be much more efficient if only the right actions and measures are taken

Spend 90 minutes in the bank today waiting to be served by a Teller. My ticket number was No 7.Only 1 teller available to serve 7 people. I eventually walked out. Elderly people not getting preference either.

Pathetic service. I just wanted to pick up my card. They had me waiting such a long time just to get a ticket while seeing to people behind me. The bank was basically empty but they had me waiting for more than half an hour. Will not be visiting this branch again. I've had much more pleasant experiences at other Nedbank branches.
