This P&P is a great dissapointment for me! I allways give them the benefit of my doubt by popping in when I visit the pharmacy, but have never bought anything because the service at the tellers is pathetic.

Stay away. This pick n pay is the worst one I have ever been too. They never have stock of anything, they have these massive boards of specials they have in store and then there is no stock. The manager is an arrogant, unpleasant man to deal with, the staff are to busy talking up a storm to help you. Their bakerys quality I'd average at best. Their selection of products is pathetic.

Never any help, trying to look high end isn't going to keep people coming back if the staff you do eventually find are rude, almost disappointed you found them

Well stocked, store layout makes it easy to find what you need. Cashier staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Store clean. Always a pleasure to shop here

Upgraded facility but very poor service and always an issue with till prices not being the same as what's advertised in store. Needs new management to sort this out.

Haven't visited P&P for more than a year due to insufficient important items. Today was first visit in long time to quickly get something to drink for patient I was about to visit in Hospital just to find that there were NO Appletiser and NO Grapetiser in all of P&P. I was disappointed and decided on alternative drinks which I wasn't sure if the sick patient in hospital could like. The was a long wait at the pay point as well and clients queued up. My next dissapointment was at the paypoint when I was told that there are NO straws to drink the milk and cold drink with!! It's was said that we don't keep it anymore" Not very satisfied with P&P."

There is always a long que, and very few tellers operating, especially between 5 and 6 weekdays. Even if I stand in the que, its shocking to see how many people walk into the store, see the que and walk out again. They are losing business. They could really improve on such a simple thing.
