I never had the opportunity to meet Nadine or Guy but their managers Michael and Cassandra and staff are just wonderfull. This is definitely the place to go for live aquatic plants a tremendous range of fish and even a few Bear Hamsters and rats that were in Quarantine" and of course the bunnies which are just the cutest. To me a measure of the salt of the business is the cleanliness of cages and in this store they are SUPER CLEAN you alway see someone cleaning surfaces and class tanks and parakeet covers. Well done on such an amazing range of food

Staff are knowledgeable very friendly and willing to assist with any queries. Prices are good and you can take your dog inside, just mind your k9 friend make sure you don't let them pee on their stock and displays (common courtesy). Also loads of pets available from, reptiles to rodents, if your dog is a bit vocal, be sure you can manage it, don't want to stress out the other animals.

Animals are well looked after, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A great variety of products for all pets.It's also really cool that they allow rescue organisations to have adoption days there.

Very spacious, neatly packed and friendly staff.big selection of pets and exotic animals. Has vet right next door and also a pet wash station. I always see passion for animals when I walk in there. You guys are doing great.

Very good variety with good quality products. A bunch of special treats to chose from. They have a good section with healthcare products for your pet.Checkout and pay usually takes long as they usually have 1 person working at the tills.

Staff are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist with a smile . Pricing is fair and what a variety to choose from ! . All in all a great experience for the whole family. Plenty of parking aswell.

What had to be a day of just getting little one a gold fish. Mr big boss decide to spoil little one by getting him his own little fish tank and gold fish. Little one first pets two gold fish.Place was huge first time being there staff was helpful and friendly. Place was spotless no foul smells. Saw some hamsters my favourite and cute little black bunnies and not forgetting snakes eek.. did not tour the place as the gold fish was selling out too fast.Definitely going back for some glofish aww they the cutest.I do need alot of advice about fish and their tanks. Please feel free to share with me.

Just picked up fish for my daughter. Cane home and about to release them and 1/3 infected . Fish staff unpleasant. Post edit, all the fish died but original tank fish fine. Diseased batch full of fungal infections. Disappointing as an end of school gift for my daughter. Have offered to refund me. But not worth the petrol and effort, and doesn't fix a gift that brought disappointment.
