MDS Collivery Cape Town

I'm impressed with MDS Colivery's service. I wasn't available yesterday when the delivery was scheduled, but they delivered early this morning. They were very responsive and kept email contact with me for updates. The delivery guy was friendly and professional.

I have used MDS +-5 times as my preferred courier company for takealot stock deliveries. I have stock sitting at THEIR depot, over a month now with no email from them notifying mewhy it was not delivered. Not only did I lose stock but also incurr penalties, lost sale and delivery fee costs. Currently I am still waiting for them to pick up stock that was supposed to be delivered the 27th already. I have sent multiple emails to their support team with no action.I do not recommend them!

This the worst courier company l had to deal with. Poor customer service and they don't care abou other people's as long they are making money.When the picked mu stuff they knew it has to be delivered in the so called high risk area yet the picked up. Scheduled a delivery and then the time aske for it to happen l receive a message for new address and where will l get a new address from.Representative will promise to call you back and never do.And then am told we make use if 3rd parties. Its not my duty to deal with 3rd parties because l dont have a contract with then they do.

Paid for an express overnight delivery on the 23rd of Dec. Today is the 5th of January no package received. Phoned numerous numbers, package is sitting at 3rd party supplier in Springbok. Still no update when

They collected my sons goods from my home and the driver reversed into my garage door. At first they were good to deal with regarding damages. I did everything they asked for - 3 quotes etc and then never heard from them again. Kept following up with the Manager - Neil - and he then arranged to get the forms to me to sign and provide banking details. I completed immediately as requested and returned to Neil. Have followed up plenty times by phone message and email and get no response at all. No reply to emails, no reply to phone messages. Disgusting. I am not leaving it there as I am a pensioner and will not accept their disregard. Will advise people not to use them.Sorry that I had to share my bad experience. However, *Collivery have made good*. I received a call from the Branch manager who apologised profusely and took the trouble to investigate the matter before calling.I then received a follow up email as well as another call to confirm payment was being processed and I am very pleased to say that the deposit reflected in my bank account this evening. Sad that one must go to such lengths to resolve a matter.THANK YOU JODY @ COLLIVERY FOR YOUR SPEEDY RESPONSE AND ALL THE APOLOGIES.

collection scheduled for 01/02/2023, i make sure that someone is home i get an sms after 15:00 saying driver delayed.collection is then scheduled for 02/02/2023, one again had to make sure someone home I get an sms after 15:00 saying collection failure.this is extremely bad service for a courier company , do you expect me to just have someone home every day till you finally get your routes correct for the day.will never recommend you to anyone.

Expensive! They are good when they work. Great online booking system. Reason for the two stars is they do not accept any responsibility and is not helpful at all when they damage package goods. It's your own struggle to sort it out. Gave them too many chances over 3 years. I'll be using Ram or Courier Guy rather!

Great service! I arranged a pick up in Johannesburg for delivery in Cape Town and the online Waybill setup went smoothly, they stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process from pickup to dispatch for delivery, and the delivery guy was super friendly and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
