Truly disgusting ! Store has recently been bought over and new owners do not want to sell live stock which I firmly support however fish tanks are left unmaintained and tanks are dirty with fish clearly unwell. Could see ick developing of a number of gold fish. No attempt to separate, treat or clean tanks clearly just want STOCK to die so they will have more self space. Horrified at how badly a pet store will treat these creatures.

Eeeeh. In-store is better than online. Online purchasing is a disaster of epic proportions and, even though the person at HQ does her best to help, it is just an unpleasant experience. The in-store staff go out of their way to help fix the mess but ja. Just visit the store instead.
