Awesome business! I was referred to JL Auto Electrical by an NRMA technician when I had an issue with my electrics. I rang them and James said to pop in right away and he'd look at it. When I did, he said that some things might be dirty and causing the issue. He did some diagnostic tests and proceeded to pull apart the areas needing a clean, cleaned them and basically fixed my car on the spot. Then didn't charge me a cent. So I booked in my next service with him and it was very reasonably priced and he has recommended that my next service be in 12months. I reckon most other places get you back in for services well before they are needed... James is an honest operator.

I brought my Mx5 to JL with two issues that other mechanics had diagnosed incorrectly.They saved me spending a 1.5k on a new light module, when the light was ok but the connecting wire was broken.The other issue was a broken fuel guage, after mazda top ryde service centre broke it and misdiagnosed the issue. JL was able to find and fix the issue after alot of hard work.10/10 take your car to JL

James was amazing when working on my problem car. Ford didn't want to touch it for months, but James got it, sorted out the issue and then pushed Ford to get the final step done. He was keeping me updated the whole way through and final price was reasonable knowing how much he went though. Highly recommended for any Auto Electrical issues.

James was a true legend. He fitted me straight away when I rang - on the same day (well above my expectations given that's so close to Christmas)! I had problems with my VW Tiguan DSG gearbox and James identified the problem straight away. He was upfront with his very reasonable pricing and also recommended a new battery. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants excellent service!
