1st Half Filled Wraps2nd Chips raw and fried in old oil3rd no Tomato Sauce or spice included4th Chicken was dry and almost tasted like it was rolled in sand5th they took R7 for hope which I thought was only R2 but clearly inflation also hit KFC. We also didn’t ask they just took it without askingBut I will give a second star due to us all of our tummies at least being filled. But will not recommend again.

UPDATE: I keep giving this location a chance and they continue to disappoint. Cold chips, flat cool drink and now I order a Zinger burger and get a chicken strip on a bun. If McDonald's, Burger King or any other fast food place comes to Langebaan, they will take over the market as it is becoming apparent that the ownership, management and staff of this KFC location just don't care. Very disappointed.We have been a big fan if KFC langebaan since it was at its old location, But somehow this new venue is not as efficient, even with the drive through. The staff seems less helpful and are often kinda surly, as opposed to the happy helpful staff at the old location. Its such a shame and hopefully things get better.To update, nothing has changed for the better and the staff is negligent about wearing masks during this pandemic. They look bored and should really be more grateful to have employment in a time when so many people are losing their jobs. I've employed hundreds of people over the years and I would fire almost every one of the staff at this KFC simply because they look like they want to be elsewhere and don't appreciate the customer at all.Such a shame. As soon as this location has competition like McDonald's or Burger King, they will be in alot of trouble. The only reason they maintain business now is because there are limited choices. Too bad the management and ownership doesn't give more direction and supervision.UPDATE-recently gave this location another shot and i have to say that there is definately an effort being made to improve. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. The service may have been a little too quick however, with the chips being dry, stale and old (obviously had been sitting for a while) but it is nice to see improvements being made.

I am very upset. I was super hungry and couldn't wait to eat my box master, but when I got home and opened it up if was smaller then the wrapsta, the chicken wasn't even crunchie and it just tasted bad over all. And the chicken pops we order was half empty. I go to KFC on a weekly basis but after this poor service I won't be returning.

Can KFC langebaan pls check his/her staff you are going to lose money. It's been an hour after load shedding and your are still not open. I speak to your staff and they are just not interested in making food. But I mean, your are going to lose you branch. Please check up.

It has been 30 minutes since loadshedding ended at 18:00. All the staff are inside, but it is still closed. Several customers came to get food, but left due to this. The funniest thing is that the staff just looks out of the windows at the customers like fish in a fishtank. The power was off for 4 hours, how long do they want to sit around and do nothing? I asked when are they going to open and the answer was 19:30 due to prep they have to do. This KFC is better off closed than open at all.

Not too shabby however very slow service. Floors need little attention and only one teller also the ice cream machine is out of order.
