Virgin Active Gym Moreleta Park

Good experience all round in this gym. The locker rooms are very spacious and enough lockers for everyone. The gym does get busy during peak times. It has a dedicated entrance and parking lot and close to main roads. The gym is cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.

The staff members were unfriendly but other than that, the gym is in good condition, the bathrooms are very clean and neat. The equipment is in good condition and there is enough space. I will be going back.

A well equipped modern facility. The equipment is well maintained and cleanliness is at the highest standard of any the Virgin Active gyms that I have visited. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. There are some awesome group classes with top instructors.

A salesman at Virgin Active Parkview Centre signed me up for a membership without my consent. My fiance signed up and requested a quote for me. The salesman said he cannot send a quote without my banking details. I found the request suspicious and initially refused, but eventually agreed to give my banking details due to pressure from the salesman. I never saw the salesman, nor did I sign a contract. He promised it was a quote. Yet, Virgin active activated a debit order on my bank account and has started deducting fees. I have received no support from Virgin Active head office despite calling numerous times without them picking up. In addition, my calls to Virgin Active Parkview do not go through.

When you use the swimming pool, the floor is bound to get wet, I was spoken to very rudely by one of the cleaners, which I feel is unacceptable , it’s not my responsibility.

Desire helped us so well. Friendly, helpful and patient. Give her a raise! Her service was awesome.Some of the equipment need to be fixed or replaced. There is easily 3 treadmills that honestly feel dangerous to run on.

Friendly staff. Clean gym with everything you need. The gym has a pool but no sauna. It’s not the biggest gym so can get busy at peak times but has a great atmosphere. First 2 hours for parking in the centrum is free, just remember to validate your parking ticket before leaving the gym
