We received exceptional service from Valerie who helped us with arranging my daughter’s birthday balloons. She came in early to work so that we can pick up the balloons and still make it to school on time. Highly impressive stuff.

Good and friendly service- in person and via phone call.Neat shop with general clean and organised feeling.Love to just walk aroubd in the shop but always ends up with something in my hand when I walk out.

This store is not like it was before. There are hardly any toilet paper. The store really went downhill. Will rather go to a bigger Westpack store.

This place does not even deserve a star. Went there this morning. Only one cashier available. The shop was busy. Had to wait a very long time to be assisted. I asked why is the service so poor and only one person available I was told the staff are on lunch. Even the manager on lunch and no where to be found. Will never visit this shop again.

I found this store staff helpful and friendly. Parking is close to the shop, but they have no dedicated disabled person's parking. The entrance to the shop does have a ramp which makes it easy to enter. I have experienced one problem which concerns me. I returned a storage box which should have 5 dividers when I found 1 divider missing upon opening for use. The item was very quickly swopped out for another. My problem came when I returned a week later to find that they had put the item I returned back on the shelf to sell...was this an attempt to sell and hope that the next person would not return it? I now shop at another branch.

Doesn't have all the products a normal West Pack has. I have rarely walked in founding what I went in for. Will rahter travel to the Montana branch.
