Maninghi Lodge

Awesome wildlife... awesome host... awesome rooms... this is one of the best places to visit... the host will make your stay as comfortable as possible.. definitely going back for a game walk :)

We had the pleasure of staying at Maninghi Lodge from the 9th January to the 17th January. We were amazed on arrival, Francois and Paul were fantastic. They were very informative and the game drives with them were great.We saw over 23 different types of animals at the lodge alone.They come right up to the lodge and the river banks.We cannot recommend this pace enough. 10 Stars!!They have everything you need.The ultimate place to relax and enjoy mother nature.The accommodation is very comfortable and very spacious.

Wonderful location, comfortable well appointed rooms with good beds, cupboards and spacious. Lovely outside lapa area with splash pool, braai / conversation pit, honesty bar, dining table, comfortable coaches.AMAZING!!! and all of this overlooking the Olifants River with the animals visiting your doorstep!Unbelievably tasty meals prepared and beautfully presented!Paul's knowledge of the bush is PHENOMENAL and his passion and knowledge at a level above the rest - we were so blessed to have you Paul! Victoria's hosting, attention to detail and food is AMAZING.Emma and Cleopatra is blessed to be at such a beatiful location and kept our rooms spotless and dishes always clean - thank you!We spent four nights at Maninghi Lodge and will definately be back!

We stayed at the Lodge for 3 nights and had an awesome time! Paul was a great guide for all our game drives and walks. The location nearby the river is perfect for viewing animals and the food tasted delicious. I can definitely recommend the lodge!

We had such a relaxed and enjoyable stay. It's a beautiful setting, and the hosts were so warm and welcoming. Loved it.

Stunning setting with fabulous view over the Olifants river with all the facilities one needs. The staff is professional and very friendly. Francois,our guide had extreme knowledge of all animals ,plants and insects,and was super company to have around. It was an experience we will never forget. We will certainly be back!

Before arriving me and my girlfriend were looking for the lodge and 3 min before we found it Paul came looking for us and showed us the way. He and Victoria made sure we were well looked after our whole stay. The chef was great! The place was clean and the location is amazing. Highly recommend the game drive + game walk. The quad tour was also nice. This place & people (& animals) made our trip memorable. Thank you for having us. RECOMMENDED 110%.
