100% agree with Ernie's review. Almost every single time we have purchased something that is on special or 3 for 2 at the store, there has been an error on the slip and we've been overcharged.

Waiting for one very slow pharmacist to process obe cluent for 15mins while being tortured by gospel music whining loudly in the shop.Surely Clicks has a radio station which should be played?

Terrible service from pharmacy, been on same medication for 20 years, and my script expired, and they could not help me with medication for 1 day, after arranging for a new script in front of them. I have a heart disease and they left me without medication, not to mention a rude pharmacist, and it felt very racist.If there’s loadshedding ot power problems, they just don't care, you cant get your meds or your script back, but the workers are having a jol inside.IfYou decide to go here for meds, make sure you have 1hour free to receive bad service with racial tension, or just go to Arrie nel around the corner.

Check your till slip everytime that you shop at this store.I was OVERCHARGED on 2 products.Staff are quick to apologise but this isn't the first time that I have had a problem with this store overcharging at the till

Long wait to get help, and if sold out thy don't try to order. Have at least atleast most of the basics in stock. Most staff is friendly.

Perscription service is extremely slow. They never have any Inderal in stock. You wouldn't think a simple job such as handing you your prescription medication or other can take more than 5 minutes. Imagine the queue. Shocking.
