We visited the complex to list an apartment that is for sale. Security is very strict, checking my identity when entering and having on site watchmen. The gardens and grounds are also very well kept.

Great place to stay at, but there's no enough covered parking. And is likely to flood.

Several blocks of flats. Confusing entrance and exit, but once you're used to it you get your way around. When buying a unit here, you have the option of buying a garage or you can park your car in the provided parking. There are stairs and elevators to get to the upper floors. Prices for flats are reasonable here and ideal for the first time homeowner.
