I had a very bad service with this company. I would advise anyone against buying anything from them. The company sold me a defective engine and they are refusing to fix it or take responsibility. Both of the salesmen that assisted me with the sale have left shortly after the sale under mysterious circumstances. Have spent more than R40,000 in buying and courier costs and still don't have my car for 3 months. Rather go somewhere else where they truly care about customer service.

Manic Auto has a bad service, they sold me car part worth R3,000.00 it was a wrong part after they have done inspection on my car. They refused to take back the part and told me it was the policy of the business. I won't advised you to go there. Thanks Edward

Never ever buy anything from those criminals , their service is very poor they are unprofessional, they don't know what they are doing there. They are bunch of incompetent people especially the manager she's very rude and arrogant. They supply wrong parts and after they took your money they don't care. Hence I took them to small claim court, and today when I went there to deliver a letter from court they have removed the papers of the policy and changed the policy.

Never ever come here. They are thieves. We negotiated a price on the phone. When we paid they doubled it, and after the payment Imo (worker there) said the price has to double again so we need to pay even more. Then they refused to refund and after a while they refunded

Extremely bad service. They stripped a broken component on a vehicle and forced me to buy it, saying I will repair it myself. When I refused, they charged me 25% for the work they carried out in stripping the part. I will never set my foot there ever again
