Perfect Nail Bar

Ive been to this place twice and both occasions I've had problems. They do ur nails and it will look nice but either start chipping or lifting by the end of the day. So if u are prepared to keep going there for the next few days after your appointment to get things fixed, ya go there. All they do is apologize maybe give you an apology voucher "

I contacted Perfect nail bar to make an appointment on the weekend. I have a very busy schedule and making time for this appointment was extremely difficult. I asked to come at 18h00 and they said that it would be too late as the mall closes at 19h00. I moved many things around so I could be here at 17h30.In the afternoon I receive a message asking to push the appointment back to 17h45 and I agreed. Didn't seem so bad. I arrived at 17h45 and was asked to wait as the technicians were finishing up.I waited 45 minutes, without any of the technicians freeing up. I am always really busy so I tried to put my frustration aside because I needed my nails done. The lady at reception ended up having to call another technician at another salon to see if he could squeeze me in. He agreed.It is now an hour after my scheduled appointment and I have not been helped. I am so frustrated and will never go to this nail bar again. I will never recommend it to anyone either. What a disappointment. I'm livid to say the least.
