I don't really want to praise The Ruby Orchard in case everyone goes there and buys gorgeous things that I might want to own. Today, I popped in to look at mirrors. I found the perfect converted cottage pane window mirror, vintage hooks and a chabby-chic coat rank, with paint flaking off (after a brief domestic with Darling who preferred the brand new one). And, because it's that kind of shop, also left with two heavenly pairs of leather shoes, because it's that kind of shop. It's like being in a curated gallery where everything is perfect - and still affordable. (And it's next door to The Treatery.) Bliss.

This is such a cool store, if your looking for those special items to turn your house into a home, you will find them here. The quality is great, with a lot of local products. The scented candles are amazing and I think i literally found the softest scarf blanket ever. I’m literally coming back for it, closer to winter time. This is a great find and I highly recommend you check it out if you are in Howick or midlands area
