I've been going to smart laser for a couple of years now and I'm always impressed by how professional and friendly the staff are. Recently I went to the Kennilworth branch and saw Jade-Kim for my treatment. I had a lot of questions about acne scarring and how to fix it and she was so patient with all my questions and gave me such great advice (a lot from her own experience). She is so knowledgeable on the subject and was so compassionate about my concerns.10/10 would recommend going to her if you have concerns about acne and acne scarring. I wish I'd met her sooner.

If you need an experienced and confident therapist, go and see Jade.I was very nervous about doing the Dermapen treatment however Jade talked me through the whole process and gave me honest information. She was there to answer all of my questions following the treatment as well.It really was wonderful to have a professional and pleasant experience.Thanks Jade! I look and feel great!

I love Smart Laser. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Nastassja is my consultant and I have really formed a beautiful bond with her. She is such a wonderful caring person. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Always a pleasure coming to this branch. I have laser hair removal done as well as glycolic face peels. The therapists make you feel really comfortable during your laser sessions and the facials leave your skin feeling amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for the great service Smart Laser :)

Amazing service from the team and Jade. Also amazing results. My Lasered underarms are onto the 5th session with just a few stragglers. My legs are already looking better with 3sessions. my ingrown hairs are gone too. Highly recommend getting laser with Smart Laser

Best decision I’ve ever made was to start my laser journey, it is completely pain free and the prices are definitely worth it at Smart Laser. I started seeing results right after my first session. The team at Kenilworth is extremely friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend!
