The worst possible customer service. There is so much noise in the background you cant hear the consultant speak, the consultant even sounds sleepy as if you bothering them. Are the consultants doing business in a nightclub?

Impossible to get a hold of someone to assist. No customer service. As soon as you get through to someone the phone gets cut off. Presumably they just hang up on the other side.

I don't know should I say poor or dead service, no customer service, the call centre is a mess, agents direct numbers are not working, some not attended to, onlile registration a mess, they ask you to send proof of of payment and when you send they keep quiet, when you do a follow up you stay on the call 1 hour without respond, when they do they ask again proof of payment. Its now 2 months trying to get a certificate, I even lost dam good opportunities because of these guys. Very very poor service I ever seen in my entire life
