Trying to get a parcel tracked no answer when i phone no feedback im in welkom from bloem takes 2 days to get her still not here waybill just says its out for delivery will not make use of this again.

I'm waiting for a package the notified me that it is out for delivery today, never phoned me to tell me it is on the way, I phoned the office nr twice, the first time the lady told me the couriers deliver Rayton area last, when I phoned again she told me, I told you the deliver that area after 5pm, and the couriers deliver until 7pm, by 6:45 it stated on the tracking the parcel is back in the hub, unsuccessful delivery.

A parcel from Dischem was supposed to have been delivered to me at Saamkom Saverite in Smithfield yesterday - 03/05/2017. When the courier arrived there, he was terribly rude to the owner of Saamkom. Consequently the owner refused to receive the parcel. This is totally unacceptable RAM!!! I live far out of town and if my medication is not delivered on time, it can cause me serious problems. Please make sure that your staff is trained in good manners and behave in a professional manner!!

Day 1: package undeliverable while I was at home the whole time and my address and cell phone cleary marked. Day 2 package undeliverable same story, called them and they promised it will be delivered today, no delivery. Day 3: Called them and ask for the driver cell phone number, they refused but put me through to the driver and he promised he will deliver it today, called at 15h00 again only to find that my package was still at the hub, drive there myself and demanded my package, while I was there, there was a also a lady with the same story, this was the worst service ever. Buy your incompetent drivers a cell phone with GPS and airtime.

Nobody answers phones at their offices. When they do answer, they simply put the phone down. The reason why I phoned was that according to their tracking system attempts were made to delivery a parcel at my business address. The locked gate, no cars and lights switched off was not a clue that the office was close. Really pathetic!

Really not impressed. Took more than a day to arrange collection of parcel. Have to work through call center agents who seem incapable of taking down one's details accurately. On several occasions I was referred to the website to arrange the collection, but the website kept saying service was not available.

I ordered an item from Puma on a Friday and they said my order would arrive the following week on Friday but I got it on Thursday and early too
