I ordered two light bulbs on line and the incorrect product was delivered. I followed up to say that the incorrect product had been delivered and was told that the product now needs to sourced from the UK.This was on 20 April when I was told the product would take 15 working days to be delivered. It is now 25 May and I had to follow up to be told it had not arrived and they would let me know when it arrives. I know its only 2 light bulbs but the service has not been great as I've needed to do all the follow up.
