I see their advert wrote in the wall free quotations when I enter inside do enquiry about the dent in my car I have to pay 500 of which there's no refund if I didn't used them I will able to get if I used them my question what's that big written not outside their wall says free quote if it's not

Very bad experience with them. My car was in for 3 weeks with a fender bender. Excuse, after excuse. When I finally got the car back there were so many examples of shoddy work, fender not lining up.. Trims put on wrong. Paint all over, trims glued on. Wood screws. Some repairs not done at all, until I got an independent assessor to look at it. It's now back there to fix their shoddy workmanship. 3 days already, they don't let me know what's going on, even though I was promised it would be overnight. I'm fed up. They haven't even got the decency to give me a courtesy car for all their incompetemnce.

Excellent service received, particularly from Chris who went way beyond the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the work performed on our car (even voluntarily polishing the whole car and touching up nicks in the paintwork, not quoted for). Highly recommended!

Unlike previous feedback read above, I received my car back half polished and with 2 different shades of white and expected to pay another R1800 out of pocket to match the sides. When asked to speak to higher management, I was met with resistance and excuses.Chris was very friendly but unfortunately the workmanship is incomplete despite a thorough insurance claim met.
